Become a NIPE code Balozi. We build the gate software, made for Kenya's Data Protection Act, that keeps gated communities safe. You set it up, train the officers, and keep up to 40% of the recurring revenue.
Look at the gate of almost any estate in Nairobi. You will see a dusty, torn paper logbook. It is slow, it is insecure, and it puts visitors' details where anyone can read them.
Most software arrives as a login in a manager's inbox, and the officer at the gate is left to work it out alone. Software alone doesn't secure a gate. People do.
You aren't just selling software. You own your territory. You sit with committees, survey the gate, train the officers, and keep up to 40% of the recurring revenue. You are an operator.
Our private Skool community, with step-by-step videos on pitching, setting up a gate, and training officers.
Track your active estates and see your rank, from Cadet to Master Balozi. Rank is for pride: what you earn comes from what your estates pay, never from recruiting.
Apply to become a verified Balozi and start building your territory.
Your name, your phone, your email and the area you will work. It takes a few minutes, and we talk it through with you before anything is signed.
